GMS Online Booking: Online booking can be performed from any PC, tablet or mobile device that is connected to the internet.
GMS Admin: GMS Admin can work on mobile devices and tablets with ease. However, it is always advisable to use a wider screen device like PC for this purpose where most of the work involved is around workshop diary. On smaller screens like mobiles, some of the functionalities of GMS cannot be used effectively as a lot of context menus are accessed via right / double click.

There is no limitation to the number of people accessing the workshop diary.

The system takes care of overbooking considering the fact that only one vehicle can be serviced on one available ramp at a time.

We keep all your booking information safe and secure. We will not access it without your permission. Our contract will cover this clause backed up with Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Our system will make sure the fraud bookings are disallowed as much as possible. If required, we can integrate an online payment solution with our booking engine to limit fraudulent bookings.

It is extremely easy for us to import your old customer data into GMS if provided in an Excel sheet format. However, it is also possible to import data in any other accessible format.

There is no minimum contract period, however once you have signed up we ask for a 30 day notice to discontinue the services. We offer discounts with a contract of 12 months, please contact us for more information.

It is advisable to set up a direct debit for GMS. However payment through cheque or cash is also accepted.
